Visitations are allowed all week days, from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm, then from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm.

No more than 2 visitors are usually allowed into a room at one time, for the sake of the patient.

Visitors are not allowed into the ICU and CCU wards at any time. They shall be kindly requested to stay in the lobby.

The Information Counter is at your disposal, to assist visitors in locating the ward and room the patient is staying in.

Guest beds and related overnight items are available at a minimal charge. Please ask the nurse in your ward for further details.

The doctor in charge of a patient authorizes their discharge through issuing an order into the medical file. Discharge instructions and related aftercare are provided by the doctor and completed by a nurse.

A patient’s medical file and related orders is finalized by the nurse, then sent to the Billing Department to issue your final invoice. The patients may remain in their room along with their family members, and the cashier shall call the room when the bill is ready. The patient is given two copies of the discharge slip: one copy to be given to the nurse in charge of the ward, and one copy to be given to the security guard at the gate upon leaving the hospital.
