Health is health! Whether physical or mental, we need to take good care of it. On World Mental Health Day, we'd like to remind all of you to take some time off when you need it, to walk in nature and do activities that you're fond of, to smile whenever you can, and most importantly, to seek professional psychological help should you or your loved ones need it.
